Next week I have midterms in Professional Responsibility, Criminal Procedure, Copyright and Evidence. I also start the Copyright and Trademark Litigation masters class.
The weekend after that I finish up the Copyright and Trademark Litigation course.
The weekend after that (the last weekend in October), Wendy is in town.
Given all of that, without finding someone to fulfill more of Nick’s old duties, I don’t see how I am going to get a post out before November.
